We accept returns and exchanges of products within 2 days of delivery. The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We will provide you with the necessary details for the return process.

Refund Policy:

After we receive the returned product, our team will verify the quantity and quality of the product. Once the verification process is complete, we will initiate the refund within 7 days. The refund will be made in the same mode of payment used for the purchase.

Please note that the refund will be processed only if the returned product meets our return policy criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition or if it is damaged.

Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@groundpearl.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will cancel the order and initiate the refund in the same mode of payment used for the purchase.
